Marci Elyn Schein (Owner/Artistic Director) a performer in jazz and classical vocal music and all disciplines of musical theatre , as well as a producer, director and vocal coach. Most recently, Marci was asked to sing the songs of Phillip Spring for a short run of his Jazz, Theatre and Pop songs at Abingdon Theatre in NYC.  She has entertained an audience of 14,000 at Tavern on the Green for the NYC Marathon pasta dinner multiple times.  Marci has been featured on various CD’s including HOT MAMAS LIVE , a musical revue about women. HOMEWARD BOUND (a musical by composer Philip Springer (Santa Baby) and THE HOPELESS ROMANTIC COLLECTION CD which features the songs of composer Michael Ficocelli.  Marci has originated many roles off Broadway and regionally and has shared the stage with Broadway veterans including J. Mark McVey, Loni Ackerman, Joe Kolinsky, Bruce Sabbath and more. Regionally, she has performed in such show as FOOTLOOSE, THE KING AND I, COMPANY, SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM and others as well as performing her Cabaret show in Atlantic City, Foxwoods Resorts and numerous venues throughout the east coast. Marci has taught music in public and private schools as well as conducting adult and children’s choirs. She holds a Bachelor of Music in voice (classical and jazz) and theatre and continues to study.

Michael V. FIcocelli (Owner/Musical Director) After graduating from Boston University, Michael has been composing music for theaters, schools, choruses, film, etc… His compositions include the musicals WILD IMAGININGS, THE FALL OF FREDDIE THE LEAF, BROTHERS IGNITE, ISAAC’S WINDOW, FROM DEATH TO HOPE, SO BIG, and the award-winning BUILDING A WING which took first place at the Short Sweet & Song Festival 2007 in Sydney, Australia. He has also scored the documentary film, JEWISH AMERICA: THE CIVIL WAR. He has been the recipient of the ASCAP AWARDS PANEL since 1996. He was a four year member of the BMI-LEHMAN ENGEL MUSICAL THEATRE WORKSHOP as composer/lyricist.  Michael is also a professional performer/cabaret artist who as performed in Atlantic City and Foxwoods Casino and other venues throughout the East Coast.  He is also a professional music educator presently employed by the Glen Rock Public Schools, New Jersey.

Stefanie Smith (Choreogapher) Stefanie Smith is a Professional Off-Broadway Choreographer and Performer with ten years experience in teaching dance and choreography to children of all ages. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Dance and was one of 5 dancers chosen to collaborate with the Drama Department to perform Shakespeare scenes with movement at the 1st annual UW Summer Arts Festival. Her selected Seattle credits include, "Psycho Beach Party" Northwest Actors Studio (choreography), "Plants and Animals" Northwest Fringe Festival (choreography), and working with various choreographers at On The Boards Theatre. Stefanie has been a company member and Choreographer for Literally Alive since 2006. Her favorite roles include Ghost of Christmas Present/ Midge "A Christmas Carol", Jim Hawkins "Treasure Island", Coral "The Little Mermaid", and Nadine "Cinderella". In 2009, Stefanie was a nominee for an Innovative Theatre Award for her Choreography in "The Selfish Giant". In 2011, she choreographed the premiere show, "A Christmas Carol" at Teatro Jaco in Costa Rica. Stefanie is also a company member and Choreographer for Be Bold Theatre; her roles include Meg Giry "Phantom" and the Female Swing "Hollow".  Stefanie was a cast member and choreographer for "Vampires" and choreographer for "Dalliance" both original musicals written by Eric Fletcher for the Short Play and Musical Festival at The Players Theatre.  Her teaching credits include, Encore Dance (Ballet and Tap) and Drama Zone (Hip-Hop). In the spring of this year she wrote, directed, and choreographed an adaptation of "The Wizard of Oz" for 23 kindergarten-4th grade students at Horace Mann. Stefanie is in her fourth year as the Choreographer for Little Fig Stage. Stefanie's current projects are  TP&co "Midsummer Nights Dream" (Flute, Thisby, Peaseblossom, Choreographer), Be Bold "Hollow" (Female Swing, Choreographer), Literally Alive  "The Selfish Giant" (Garden Spirit, Choreographer), and Little Fig Stage "Seussical. Jr." (Choreographer)

dalekolankoDale Kolanko (Associate Producer)Prior to joining LFS Dale was executive director of Encore Dance Arts, a school she co-founded as a means to bring dance education to early childhood and after school enrichment programs and later expanded to include quality training for young and pre-professional dancers.  She was co-director of Saw Mill Club’s theater arts summer camp.  Dale was regisseur and choreographer for Westchester Theater Dance Performing Troupe, assistant choreographer for Encore Conservatory, and teacher for Westchester Theatre Dance Academy. She was the choreographer for performance art piece Harmonies, which toured the Northeast, New Orleans, and Italy. She received her BA from Southern Methodist University. Dale is presently on the faculty at Dance Emotions and The Pulse Performing Art Studio. 



Inger

Inger Foster (Costumer, Photographer) is a fine art photographer, teacher and active committee member of Putnam Arts Council with a Masters in Visual Arts. When her children took a serious interest in the performing arts, she turned her creative talents toward working behind the scenes in the dance and theater world. She assisted in costume construction and stage management from 1997-2003 for Westchester Ballet Center (Yorktown, NY) for their annual concerts and performances (Nutcracker, Peter and the Wolf, Snow White, etc). From 2006-2008, she worked with Westchester Ballet Company building and coordinating costumes for their annual County Center Nutcracker, and designing and creating costumes for the classic ballet, La Bayadere. In addition, she was also employed by Logrea Dance Academy (Ossining) as wardrobe mistress for their annual dance concerts.Inger enthusiastically joined the staff at Little Fig Stage in 2012. She coordinated and created the costumes for Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Little Mermaid, Jr. and Cinderella, Jr.
